Your gem is covered for its beauty and durability!
DIAMONNA’s hardness and durability are very similar to that of natural, mined diamonds. Yet even a mined diamond can be damaged when banged on a hard surface. The DIAMONNA™ PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY: In the unlikely event that your DIAMONNA™ gem cracks, chips, scratches, fades, clouds, breaks or becomes in any way less than beautiful - DIAMONNA™ will replace it for half price (50% of current value at the time of incident) plus $20 for insured shipping. Period. No fine print or mandatory staff reviews to see if it was your fault, or not. DMPOMWarranty Process:

2. Once we receive the DIAMONNA™, we will send you a new gem of like size, shape and cut. (If inventory is sold out, we will contact you with the expected time needed to create your gem.)

3. Optional: For our rings and jewelry, we offer professional services to set your new gem into your jewelry for a very reasonable setting fee. These fees vary depending on complexity, but typically only $50.

Buy luxury, with confidence! Your DIAMONNA™ gem and/or jewelry is designed and made by true jewelry artisans. Our skilled designers and stonesetters execute all of our work.

If your DIAMONNA™ Jewelry piece doesn’t fully exceed your expectations, that means we haven’t done our job. You can return your item for a full refund, or exchange for 31 Days from the day it ships out to you. Simply send us a return request email with your order number and your reason for return or exchange. We will send you a Return Authorization. Obviously, the jewelry and DIAMONNA™ gem(s) needs to be in the same condition as we sent it out to avoid any refurbishing fees. We will always favor our customers, but if the piece is not in perfect condition we will need to determine and apply the refurbishing fee.
